Welcome to The Up North Bride. By purchasing a membership, submitting information, or participating as a listed vendor, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership & Billing
​

  • All memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider (WIX).

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable.

  • The Up North Bride reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice to active members.

2. Directory Placement & Visibility
​

  • Vendor placement may rotate depending on membership tier.

  • Premium and Luxury placements are subject to availability.

  • The Up North Bride does not guarantee inquiries, bookings, or revenue. Membership provides marketing exposure only.

3. Content & Image Usage
​

By submitting logos, images, descriptions, or other content, you confirm:

  • You own the rights to all submitted content or have permission to use it.

  • You grant The Up North Bride permission to use submitted materials for directory listings, website content, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

The Up North Bride may edit descriptions for clarity, formatting, or consistency while maintaining brand integrity.

​

4. Professional Standards
​

The Up North Bride reserves the right to remove or decline listings that:

  • Misrepresent services

  • Violate professional or ethical standards

  • Include inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content

​

No refunds will be issued if a listing is removed due to violation of these terms.

​

5. Limitation of Liability
​

The Up North Bride is not responsible for:

  • Contracts or agreements made between vendors and couples

  • Business disputes

  • Financial loss resulting from marketing performance

​

Participation is at the vendor’s own discretion and risk.

​

6. Changes to Terms
​

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
