Terms & Conditions – Vendor Memberships

Welcome to The Up North Bride. By joining The Up North Bride as a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing a membership.

1. Membership Overview

The Up North Bride is a vendor directory and marketing platform designed to increase visibility for wedding and elopement vendors throughout Northern Wisconsin, Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and surrounding destination areas.

Membership includes placement on The Up North Bride website and potential promotional features across our social media platforms, depending on your selected tier.

2. 30-Day Free Trial

All memberships include a 30-day free trial period beginning on the date of sign-up.

During this trial period, you may cancel your membership at any time without charge. If canceled within the 30-day trial, no payment will be due and your listing will be removed.

3. 12-Month Commitment

After the 30-day free trial ends, your membership will automatically convert into a paid, non-refundable 12-month commitment.

By remaining active after the trial period, you agree to be billed for the full annual membership term. Early cancellation after the trial period does not result in refunds for unused time.

4. No Guarantee of Bookings

The Up North Bride is designed to increase visibility and help couples discover vendors; however, we do not guarantee inquiries, leads, or bookings. Results vary based on pricing, availability, demand, and vendor presentation.

5. Billing & Payment

  • Membership billing begins after the 30-day free trial unless canceled.

  • Payment is required to maintain an active listing.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in removal from the directory.

6. Cancellation & Renewals

  • You may cancel at any time during the 30-day free trial without penalty.

  • After the trial period, memberships are locked into a 12-month term and are non-refundable.

  • Memberships renew annually unless canceled prior to renewal.

7. Vendor Information & Content

Vendors are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date business information. The Up North Bride may adjust formatting for consistency while preserving brand integrity.

8. Featured Placement & Promotions

Higher-tier memberships may include featured placement and promotional exposure. These placements are subject to scheduling and availability unless otherwise guaranteed in writing.

9. Content Usage

By joining, you grant The Up North Bride permission to use submitted images, logos, and business details for promotional purposes across website, social media, and marketing channels related to the platform.

10. Right to Remove

The Up North Bride reserves the right to remove any vendor listing that:

  • Provides false or misleading information

  • Engages in unprofessional or unethical conduct

  • Violates platform guidelines or harms brand integrity

​

11. Changes to Services

The Up North Bride may update membership features, pricing, or structure as the platform grows. Vendors will be notified of any material changes.

12. Agreement

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
